About The Role
We're seeking an experienced operator who has helped scale startups through their growth phases. You'll work across the organization to build robust operations and negotiate key partnerships that will fuel our next stage of growth.
In this role, you will:
- Lead our office expansion - from lease negotiation to creating a vibrant workspace that reflects our culture
- Build and manage all people operations, including onboarding, benefits, and contract processes
- Negotiate and manage key vendor partnerships
- Create and run memorable team events and offsites that strengthen our community
- Design, prioritize and execute cross-functional initiatives
- Build scalable processes and systems across the organization
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure our growth
- Champion our culture while raising the bar for talent across the organization
- Drive strategic planning and alignment across teams
We'd love to hear from you if you…
- Have 4+ years of operations experience at high-growth startups
- Have successfully built office spaces and workplace experiences from scratch
- Excel at vendor negotiations and relationship management
- Have experience designing and implementing people operations processes
- Are exceptionally organized with strong project management skills
- Are a clear communicator who can align stakeholders across all levels
- Love creating warm, welcoming spaces where people can do their best work
- Value working with people who are kind, ambitious, and pragmatic
